Before we build anything, we start by mapping your chosen workflow or sales funnel from start to finish. We identify every obstacle and decide what stays, what goes, and what gets automated. We then craft a checklist of all the forms and copy you will use across your workflows. Finally, we agree a schedule and deadlines. Having this plan and checklist lined up and ready to go before the official systems build will save you so much time and stop you from second guessing.

Next you will receive your Systems Carry-All. This is your toolkit which includes your checklist and all the templates you will need to customise your assets and make your new tech backend a reality. During this week you will have a personalised project plan of what needs to get done and by when so you can stop overthinking and finish the job on time. You’ll complete and submit your templates to me for review as you work your way through the checklist to keep you on pace. At the end of the week you will have all of your assets and be ready to start the full build.

We fine tune your workflow or sales funnels to ensure it is converting leads to buyers and turning buyers into raving fans. We design and structure your client journey in a way that is easy to duplicate and share. We curate how you present yourself across the workflow. We set up automated payments so you can get paid straight away. Finally, we set the tone with a Welcome Kit so clients know exactly what to expect next and your boundaries are respected.

This is the week we finally get into building the actual tech stack and automations. We have the workflow. We have the copy. We have the assets. Now we put them into place and connect them. This works best when we do it together on a video call so I can walk you through it in real time. When we are finished you will have a tech stack you know and understand.

By the end of your first 30 days we will have mapped AND built your improved sales funnel/workflow. Your client communication will be prompt and consistent and your systems will run without needing your constant attention so you can build a better work/life balance.

I'm tool-agnostic. If you're on Dubsado, HoneyBook, Notion, ClickUp, Squarespace forms, Google Workspace — even pen and paper — we work with what's there. New tools only get added if they earn their place. I am a big fan of subtracting what you don’t need.

I set up the technical pieces alongside you on the calls, and the Systems Carry-All videos walk you through anything you'll be doing on your own. The harder work — the work that actually requires your judgement — is the decision-making about your business and how you want the client journey to flow. The buttons I can show you in fifteen seconds.

No, and I'm sceptical of anyone who does. What I can promise is that you'll leave with a working system that you understand and trust and that will save you time if used consistently. But because you'll have built it with me, the odds are very different than if I'd handed it to you finished.
