I’m a native New Yorker who now calls London home. A Virtual Studio Manager, systems expert, tech guru, photographer, web designer and occasional writer with a soft spot for cats and good food.
All of my work is rooted in my systems with soul philosophy / An idea that all businesses are living things with natural ebbs and flows.
A few years ago you would have found me working seven days a week in my own business. Over the past decade I've built two profitable businesses in the luxury space. My work was beautiful and I was consistently booked out. But the reality? I was drowning in client work, managing my team, running the operations. And the worst part? I had more clients than ever yet my profit margin was taking a serious beating.
That's when I realised that doing more and scaling isn't always the right answer to growing a successful and sustainable business. I now passionately advocate for doing fewer things but doing them better. Working at a slow and natural pace all while obsessing over quality. Goals matter, but curiosity and solid systems are the real secret to staying relevant and in motion.
