A few years ago you would have found me working seven days a week in my own business. Over the past decade I've built two profitable businesses in the luxury space. My work was beautiful and I was consistently booked out. But the reality? I was drowning in client work, managing my team, running the operations. And the worst part? I had more clients than ever yet my profit margin was taking a serious beating.

That's when I realised doing more faster isn't the right answer to growing a successful and sustainable business. I now passionately advocate for doing fewer things and working at a slow and natural pace all while obsessing over quality. Goals matter, but curiosity and solid systems are the real secret to staying relevant and in motion.

I now help creative businesses to stay organised and focused on what really matters. I want all of my clients to feel seen, supported and know that I will always have their backs.
