I’m a native New Yorker who now calls London home, a photographer, small business owner, and systems expert with a soft spot for cats and good food.
I've always been a systems person: the color-coded pens and shiny notebooks, the five-year plans, the complex to-do lists.....
But just a few years ago you would have found me working seven days a week in my own business. Over the past decade I've built two profitable businesses in the luxury space. My work was beautiful and I was consistently booked out. But the reality? I was drowning in client work, managing my team, running the operations. And the worst part? I had more clients than ever yet my profit margin was taking a serious beating.
That's when I realised: adding more isn't always the right answer to growing a successful and sustainable business. With a little bit of strategy and the right systems, you can scale to booked-out luxury positioning while remaining lean, focused and profitable.
I also learned: I wanted to be the person who helps ambitious founders find a better way.

I'm probably drinking way too much coffee, hanging with my cats, and dreaming of ways small businesses can thrive without burnout.
What gets me out of bed: Figuring out where the real business bottlenecks are. Building simple systems that just work. Watching businesses grow in a sustainable way while allowing founders to live the life they always dreamed.
