The Systems Edit

Your map to a system you will actually use

A 60-day done-with-you collaboration to build a client experience that matches your creativity so you can book better clients, make money money, and take the odd Wednesday off without worry.

A white multi-story building with balconies and shutters, next to a canal with its reflection in the water. There are outdoor cafes with tables and umbrellas, people walking and cycling on the street, and trees lining the area.
Systems Edit

Why done-with-you? I tried the done-for-you model.

Here's what I learned: people don't use systems they didn't design and build.

You can hire someone to set up the most comprehensive system in the world. Six weeks in and you're back to manually copy-pasting emails because you don't understand the workflow you didn't watch get made. You don't know what'll break if you change a trigger. You don't know which automation runs when. So you don't use it.

The Systems Edit is high-touch and hands-on. I bring the templates, the automations, and the structural thinking You bring the decisions only you can make about your business. We design together and you build under my patient guidance.

By the end, you don't just have a system. You understand it, you trust it, you can change it, and you'll actually use it.

At the end of our 60-days, you'll have:

  • An inquiry-to-offboarding workflow that runs without you reminding it to

  • A proposal, contract, and welcome experience that delivers itself

  • Boundaries built into the system

  • Scope creep stopped through structure not through another uncomfortable conversation

  • Hours of time back that you currently lose to follow-ups, rework, and where-was-that-email

  • A workflow you could hand to a future contractor without rebuilding it

  • A way of working that feels like calm and considered

All designed by you to work with you.

This is For

The creative business owner who wants to stop being the bottleneck and become the Creative Director they were meant to be without losing their soul.

You want an “enough” business. Maybe a small studio. The kind that wants its time back, its profit margins up, and its evenings to itself . You are not building an empire. You want a business that supports your lifestyle without drowning in busy work.

You're a creative service provider. A brand designer, web designer, photographer, planner, copywriter, or adjacent. You book somewhere between 12 and 50 client projects a year. The work is you. Premium, considered, well-paid.

This is for you if:

  • You're consistently booked but also drowning in all the admin tasks

  • You've tried tools (Dubsado, HoneyBook, ClickUp, Notion) and they didn't stick

  • You're tired of welcome emails sent at 11pm with three typos

  • You want to take the summer off without guilt or stress

  • You'd rather build it once, properly, than keep reinventing the wheel for each new client

  • You want to know how your system works

What 60-days looks like

  • Before we build, we start  by mapping  your entire client journey from start to finish. We identify every obstacle and decide what stays, what goes, and what gets automated. We then draft the canned email copy you will use across your workflows. Having this plan and supporting documents  lined up and ready to go before the official systems build will save you so much time and stop you from second guessing.

  • Next you will receive your Systems Carry-All. This is your toolkit which includes your checklist and all the system’s assets and templates you will need to make your new backend a reality. During this week you will have a personalised project plan of what needs to get done and when so you can stop overthinking and finish the job on time. You’ll submit your templates for review as you work your way through them to keep you on pace. At the end of the week you will be ready to start the build.

  • We fine tune your client journey to convert leads to buyers and turn buyers into raving fans. We design and structure your proposal in a way that is easy to duplicate and share. We curate how you present yourself across the workflow.  We set up automated payments so you can get paid straight away. Finally, we set the tone with a Welcome Kit so your boundaries are respected. At the end of this phase your clients will know exactly what to do next.

  • By the end of your first 30 days we will have mapped AND built your improved client journey. Your client communication will be prompt and consistent and your systems will run without needing your constant attention.

  • We run and perfect every workflow live. We refine the timing, fix messaging, tighten boundaries. We also build a referral and rebooking system  so past clients return without you chasing. You finish with a system in working order and that matches your amazing deliverables.

What's included

  • Four 60-minute calls — you get direct access to me in a weekly call for the first 4 weeks

  • The Systems Carry-All — templates, canned emails, welcome kits, contract language, and short videos showing exactly how to implement each piece

  • Bespoke automation builds — designed around your actual workflow, not a generic template

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. We'll choose one together if you don't, or work with what you have. The system is the workflow. The software is just where it lives.

  • I'm tool-agnostic. If you're on Dubsado, HoneyBook, Notion, ClickUp, Squarespace forms, Google Workspace — even pen and paper — we work with what's there. New tools only get added if they earn their place. I am a big fan of subtracting what you don’t need.

  • No. If you can send an email or create a Google Doc, you have the technical capacity for this work. I set up the technical pieces alongside you on the calls, and the Systems Carry-All  videos walk you through anything you'll be doing on your own. The harder work — the work that actually requires your judgement — is the decision-making about your business and how you want the client journey to flow. The buttons I can show you in fifteen seconds.

  • Plan for a few hours of work a week to get this up and running. I am a project manager by training and my job is to make sure you stay on track and complete the work so the system actually gets built, not another half-forgotten tool.

  • The worry I hear most often. And it's exactly backwards. The personal touch isn't lost when you stop writing every email from scratch. It’s lost when you're so behind on admin that you leave leads hanging for weeks before responding. Systems handle the repeatable so you have the time and presence to be genuinely considered in the moments that matter. The template is what protects the experience and makes potential clients feel cared for.

  • You will walk away with a fully functioning system,  supporting documentation you need and the confidence to use it . You own the system. You understand it. You can change it. The check-ins and testing phase is included to catch anything that surfaces once you're using it for real.

  • Probably not. The Systems Build assumes you're consistently booked and the operational chaos is the bottleneck. If you're earlier than that, the Systems Audit at $297 is the better entry point — we'll diagnose what you actually need.

  • No, and I'm sceptical of anyone who does. What I can promise is that you'll leave with a working system that you understand and trust and that will save you time if used consistently. But because you'll have built it with me, the odds are very different than if I'd handed it to you finished.
