With a background in programme coordination, photography, and business operations, Cassandra brings a perspective that's grounded, considered, and easy to connect with.
I'm a native New Yorker who now calls London home — a photographer, small business owner, and systems expert with a soft spot for cats and good food.
Most days are spent building systems for creative businesses, writing on Substack, and documenting the in-between. The kind of work that doesn't feel overly polished, but lands exactly how it should.
I've always been drawn to things that feel well put together. Not perfect, just considered. Systems became a way to make sense of it — to turn ideas into something you can actually use and come back to.
We're here to help you build systems that support your flow instead of suffocating it. Frameworks that feel intuitive, human, and alive. Structure shouldn't strip the soul out of your work. It should protect it.
